HPD Seeks to ID Surveillance Image

A request for information has been renewed by the Hawai’i Police Department, who is searching for the identity of an individual caught on surveillance during a Hilo burglary.

Exercise equipment, electronic items, and cash were stolen from a building on the 100 block of Kamakahonu Street in Hilo on May 22.

Police say the items had a value of $872.

Anyone with information or who recognizes the individual pictured should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311, or contact Detective Dean Uyetake directly at 961-2379 or by e-mail at [email protected].
