Police Search for Missing Hilo Teenager

The Hawai’i Police Department is searching for a missing 17-year-old Hilo teenager who was last seen in Hilo on Aug. 7.

Authorities describe Samson Mahu as Hawaiian, 5-foot-7, and 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who may have information on Mahu’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Individuals who prefer to main anonymity should call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
