Police Seek Man Wanted on Warrant

A 45-year-old man whose last known address was in Ocean View and known to frequent the Ho’okena Beach Park area is wanted by the Hawai’i Police Department on a bench warrant for contempt of court.
HPD says Titino Balik is also wanted for questioning in connection with a violation of a court-ordered investigation.
Balik has been described as 5-foot-5 and 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and graying black hair.
Anyone with information on Balik’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
