HPD: Hilo Man Sought on Warrant

The Hawai’i Police Department is searching for Morris John Paiva, 56, who is wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.

According to police, the Hilo man is also wanted for questioning in connection with theft and forgery cases.

Paiva is described as 5-foot-7 and 175 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information regarding Paiva’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
