A Flood Advisory for the Big Island has been extended through 7:30 p.m.

Radar showed stationary heavy rain 9 miles south of Volcano at about 5:30 p.m.

Other locations included in the advisory are Pahala and Mountain View.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Advisory for the Big Island until 6:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Just after 3 p.m., radar showed heavy rain near Mountain View.

Laupahoehoe, Pepeekeo, Papaikou, Hilo, Hawaiian Paradise Park, Pahoa, Mountain View, and Volcano are all included in the advisory.
