The National Weather Service has extended a Flash Flood Watch through Thursday at 6 p.m.
Forecasts note a moist and unstable air mass over the entire state. The tropical moisture continues to interact with island terrain and daytime heating, which has caused localized, intense, and slow moving heavy rain with the potential for flash flooding.
