Police Search for Missing Teen

A 17-year-old Hilo girl is being searched for by the Hawai’i Police Department after she was reported missing.
According to police, Makaala Pea was last seen on April 7 in Hilo.
Pea has been described as 5-foot-6 and 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and black shoulder-length hair.
Anyone who has information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
Those who prefer to remain anonymous can call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
