Ruderman to Host Community ‘Talk Story’ Sessions

Two East Hawai’i “talk story” sessions will be held by Senator Russell Ruderman in early June.

The sessions will be used to discuss outcomes from the 2015 legislative session and how some of the new legislation will affect the community.

During the meeting Senator Ruderman will also be open to hearing community ideas and issues for next year’s legislative session.

On Wednesday, June 3 a meeting will be held at the Pahoa Community Center from 6 p.m to 7:30 p.m.

On Thursday, June 4 a meeting will be held at Cooper Center from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

At both events, light refreshments will be served.
