New Episode of ‘Hawai’i’s Most Wanted’ Airs May 1

A new episode of “Hawai‘i’s Most Wanted” will air on Friday, May 1, at 5:30 p.m. on Na Leo O Hawaiʻi Community Television channel 54. The latest show will highlight two men sought by police on warrants and for questioning in other investigations.

One of the wanted men is 23-year-old Collins Hopeau, wanted for violating probation and for questioning in a burglary investigation.  Hopeau is described as 5-foot-9, 190 pounds, with brown hair and black eyes, and was last known to live in Pāhoa.

The other man is 47-year-old Peter Everett Fuerte who is wanted on two $10,000 bench warrants for contempt of court, and for questioning in the investigation of unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.  Fuerte is described as 5-foot-8, 200 pounds, bald with a beard, with tattoos on his arms and body.  He may be in the Kaʻū area.

Hawai‘i’s Most Wanted’s latest episode will also feature Officer Bryan Tina asking for help in locating 59-year-old Catherine Surtees of Kailua-Kona.  However, Surtees was located on April 29 and arrested and charged with abuse of a family/household member.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Hopeau or Fuerte are asked to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.  Those who wish to remain anonymous may call the Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.  Callers may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
