The Hawai`i Association of Broadcasters, Inc. is offering scholarship awards to students interested in a career in broadcast in Hawai`i.

High school seniors and college students with a 2.5 GPA or better, and a desire to work in the broadcast industry in Hawai‘i are eligible for the awards.

To apply, students must complete an application form, submit a letter of recommendation from a current or former teacher, and complete an interview with the HAB scholarship committee.  The deadline to apply is April 30.

Last year over 20 students were awarded scholarships from $500 to $3500 for study at school in Hawai‘i and on the mainland.
