Flags at Half-Staff Sunday for Rep. Carroll

Flags will once again fly at half-staff on Sunday, March 15 in respect for late former State Representative Diana “Mele” Carroll.

The Office of the Governor reminds the public that all United States and State of Hawai’i flags at all state offices and agencies, in addition to the Hawai’i National Guard, will be fly at half-staff from sunrise to sunset.

On Friday, March 6, flags flew at half-staff as services for Rep. Carroll were held on Oahu. On Sunday, services will be held on Maui at Ballard Family Mortuary.
