The Boys and Girl Club of the Big Island (BGCBI) will be holding its 3rd annual Youth of the Year Banquet and Awards event on Friday, March 20 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel’s Moku Ola Ballroom.
The ceremony will recognize County of Hawaii Department of Public Works Director and Emeritus BGCBI Board Member Warren Lee as the 2015 ‘Honoree of the Year’ for his contributions to the Club’s success with local youth. The Big Island Table Tennis Association will also be recognized as the Champions for Youth Awardee.
The “Inspiring Youth” event will feature an evening of inspiring youth speeches, cocktails, entertainment, dinner, and auctions in celebration of the honored guests.
