The United States Army Garrison-Hawai’i has announced that there will be no hunting over the weekend at Pohakuloa Training Area.

Officials say that hunting is paused due to PTA training requirements.

Future hunting dates will be announced when scheduled.

Nearly every weekend, Pohakuloa Training Area opens up various portions of its grounds for hunting of a variety of mammals, and birds. Permits are required.
