Abuse, Reckless Driving Suspect Turns Himself In

The Hawai’i Police Department has located 21-year-old Mountain View man Isaac Rosa.
Police initially released that they were in search of the man on Jan. 2. He was wanted for reckless driving and abuse of a family/household member.
On Monday, Rosa turned himself in at the South Hilo police station. He was charged with abuse of a family/household member, interfering with reporting of an emergency, criminal property damage, reckless driving, and driving without a license.
After posting $2,500 bail, Rosa was released from custody on Tuesday.
