Man Found Dead in Hawaiian Acres Identified

On Friday, the Hawai’i Police Department identified a man who was found dead in Hawaiian Acres over the weekend.
The man, identified as 23-year-old John Shuman of Kea’au, was initially discovered during a clean up the day after a Halloween party.
HPD detectives have ruled out foul play but are still awaiting a final autopsy report for the exact cause of death.
