When the annual St. Joseph School Country Fair happens on Saturday, Oct. 4, police will enforce a one-way traffic pattern on Kapi`olani Street, behind the fair’s entertainment stage.
The Hawai`i Police Department announced the traffic pattern change Monday. It will allow traffic to flow only in the Puna direction between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on the day of the fair between Hualalai Street and Wailoa Street.
The temporary pattern is allowed under Section 24-10 of the Hawai`i County Code.
