Police Looking For Man With Six Outstanding Warrants

A 46-year-old homeless man is being sought on six warrants for contempt of court.
Police said Pio Kapeli Jr. is also wanted for questioning in a theft investigation.
Kapeli is described as 5-foot-10 and 215 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair and numerous tattoos.
He is known to frequent the Puna area, police said.
