Man Wanted for Questioning in Hilo Burglary

A 26-year-old homeless man is wanted by police for questioning about a burglary in Hilo.

Police said Brandon Torres has no permanent address but frequents Hilo.

He is described at 5-foot-11 and 175 pounds, with brown eyes, short black hair and a mustache and goatee.

Torres has tattoos on his neck and right forearm.

The burglary which took place June 1 on the 100 block of Kimo Place involved the theft of cash and electronic devices.

Anyone with information on the matter is asked to contact Det. John Rodrigues at 961-8222 or jrodrigues@co.hawaii.hi.us or the police department’s non-emergency number at 935-3311.
