Fugitive Arrested in Pepeekeo

A 42-year-old man sought by police and considered armed and dangerous was located today at a home in Pepeekeo.
Police said Dale Daniel Arruda was arrested without incident.
Arruda, who had no permanent address, was wanted for violating parole. He was charged with that today today, and also with resisting an order to stop and second-degree theft for prior incidents.
Arruda’s bail was set at $11,000. He was being held at Hawaii Community Correctional Center.
