Police: Fugitive is Armed and Dangerous

Police have renewed their request for the public’s help locating a man wanted on a no-bail warrant and in two investigations involving car thefts and disregarding an order to stop.
Police said Dale Arruda, 42, is considered armed and dangerous. The warrant is for allegedly violating parole,
Arruda is described as 5-foot-7 and 200 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
He has no permanent address but frequents locations island-wide.
The public is warned not to approach the fugitive but to call the police department at 935-3311.
