HI-5 Redemption Center Schedules Changing July 1

The hours of operation for the Big Island’s 10 HI-5 redemption centers will be under a new schedule beginning July 1.

The centers and their operating days are:

  • Hāwī — Saturday, Sunday
  • Hilo — Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Honoka‘a — Saturday, Sunday
  • Kealakehe — Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Kea‘au — Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Keauhou — Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Pāhoa — Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Puakō — Sunday
  • Waimea — Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Wai‘ōhinu — Saturday, Sunday

All sites will remain open from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and will not close for lunch.

To allow for a transition to a new contractor, all 10 centers will be closed on Monday, June 30, and Tuesday, July 1.

The centers also will be closed Friday, July 4, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
