Police Seeking to ID Man in Pahoa Theft

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man wanted in a theft case that occurred Wednesday, June 4, at a grocery store in Pahoa.
Police said the victim, a 56-year-old man, briefly put his wallet down and the suspect grabbed it.
The suspect is described as Caucasian, possibly in his upper 50s, with a medium build.
Anyone with information on the suspect’s identity or whereabouts is asked to call the police department at 935-3311.
