No Tsunami Threat From 6.5M Micronesia Tremor

No tsunami threat to Hawaii is expected from a 6.5-magnitude earthquake that struck near the Federated States of Micronesia this morning.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center on Oahu said the tremor occurred at 10:56 a.m. Hawaii time.
The tremor centered near the eastern Caroline Islands occurred at a depth of 9.9 miles.
