Police Again Ask Public for Help Locating Voelker

Police have renewed their request for the public’s help locating a 23-year-old Puna man reported missing and also wanted on several outstanding arrest warrants.

Philip Voelker, who has no permanent address, was last seen in the Orchidland subdivision in November 2013.

He is described as 6-foot-4 and 210 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has several tattoos, including one on his neck of the Grim Reaper.

Anyone with information on his location is asked to call the police department’s non-emergency number at 935-3311.
