16-Year-Old Hilo Boy Missing for Past Week

Police are asking for the public’s help locating a 16-year-old Hilo boy missing for the past week.

Delvionte “Devy” Cooper is African-American, 5-foot-7 and 114 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

He was last seen in Hilo on the morning of March 14.

Anyone with information on Cooper’s location is asked to call the police department at 935-3311.

Anonymous calls can be made to Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
