UPDATE: Fugitives Wanted on Bench Warrants Located

Two East Hawaii residents wanted on multiple $50,000 contempt of court warrants in unrelated cases have been located and arrested.

Police said Shaylyn Araw was arrested today in Hilo, while Bryce Feary turned himself today at the South Hilo police station.

Posted 5:16 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14:

Police are looking for two East Hawaii residents wanted on high-bail bench warrants for contempt of court in unrelated cases.

Shaylyn Momi Araw, 22, is wanted on five outstanding $50,000 warrants.

She is described as 5-foot-3 and 110 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Police said Araw may be in Hilo or Pepeekeo.

Bryce D. Feary, 28, is a Hilo resident wanted on two $50,000 warrants.

Feary is 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information on either suspect is asked to call the police department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona.
