UPDATE: Missing Kona Second-Grader Found

A 7-year-old Kona boy who was reported missing this afternoon after leaving school has been found.

Police said Alexander Kaiser, was found in good health at a friend’s home in Kalaoa.

Police reported at about 4:30 p.m.that officials at Holualoa Elementary School told them that Kaiser had taken the bus after school to the Nani Kailua area, but failed to arrive home.

The second-grader was located at about 5:50 p.m. and returned to his home.
