Fundraising Pet Walks Scheduled for Hilo and Kona

It will be pets on parade as the Hawai`i Island Humane Society presents its annual fundraising walks later this month.

The Hilo Pet Walk will take place Saturday, Oct. 26 at Queen Liliuokalani Park, while the Kona Pet Walk will be held Sunday, Oct. 27, at Kona Commons.

Participants can click here to prepare their own personal fundraising page and then email the link to friends and family.

Click here to download and print a registration form and solicit donations in person.

All walkers who raise $50 or more in donations will receive a Pet Walk t-shirt.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the walk takes place at 9 a.m. Contests and awarding of prizes will follow.
