Police Release List of Wanted Individuals

Police are asking for the public’s help locating a number of individuals wanted for a variety of offenses.

Persons who know a warrant is out for their arrest are advised by police to report to the nearest police station to avoid having an officer go to their home or workplace.

Information on outstanding warrants can be found on the Hawaii State Judiciary’s website under “eCourt Kekua.” Information about felony warrants is not yet available online.

Police are seeking information on the following individuals:

  • Eric Riggs, 43, Kailua Kona
  • Elsina Rilang, 29, Ocean View
  • James W. Riley, 65, Kailua Kona
  • Oscar Riley, 42, Brooklyn, NY
  • Jorge R. Rincon, 55, Hawi
  • Alex L. Rios, 35, Keaau
  • Roxanne V. Rios, 37, Ocean View
  • Rudolfo G. Rios, 45, Hilo
  • Mark C. Rita, 19, Kailua Kona
  • Bryan A. Rivera, 51, Keaau
  • Malia K. Rivera, 25, Kapaau
  • Tjaden L.K. Rivera, 30, Hilo
  • Victor A. Rivera, 38, Kailua Kona
  • Margaret Rixie, 44, Pahoa
  • John Robert, 37, Hilo
  • Raches Robert, 29, Keaau
