Alfred Kumalae has been found unharmed, police said today.

Kumalae, who had been missing since May 31, was located Wednesday in Pahoa.

Posted at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5:

Police said a missing-persons report has been issued for a 58-year-old Hilo man last seen on May 31.

Alfred Kumalae was described as 5-foot-8 with a slim build and short salt-and-pepper colored hair.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police department at 935-3311.
