Bail Set at $100,000 for Man Accused of Kona Burglaries

A Hilo man had his bail set at $100,000 after being charged last week with three counts of burglary and other offenses.

Police said the burglaries Jaren Larinaga-Napihaa was accused of occurred in Kona, two in Seaview Circle on Aug. 29 and one in Holualoa on Oct. 30.

Larinaga-Napihaa was arrested Thursday in Hilo and charged with two counts of failing to appear in court. He was charged on Friday with the burglary charges and also second-degree theft.
