Police say that an autopsy has indicated that a man found dead in his truck that had gone off a South Kona highway Wednesday morning died from a medical condition and not from the crash.
Marcus Aickin, 38, of Ocean View was found still wearing his seatbelt in the cab of a 2008 Ford F-450 pickup after the truck had struck a tree.
