Plant Sale Opens Tonight at Edith Kanakaole Stadium

The Big Island Association of Nurserymen is holding its annual plant show tonight and Saturday at the Edith Kanakaole Stadium.
The 2012 Horticultural Show and Scholarship Benefit Plant Sale runs from 5 to 9 p.m. tonight and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
Billed as the Big Island’s largest plant sale, the event includes educational booths and a silent auction to benefit the scholarship program. A clinic will also be offered by the University of Hawaii Cooperative Extension Service.
Admission to the event is free.
