Public’s Help Sought Finding Missing Puna Man

Police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing 22-year-old Mountain View man.
Police said Paul Moses Abiley is Portuguese, 5-foot-9 and 175 pounds. He has short brown hair, brown eyes and a fair complexion.
He was last seen at a bed-and-breakfast in Volcano Thursday at about noon. He was shirtless and wearing surfer shorts and a cap and carrying a black backpack.
Police said Abiley has a medical condition that requires medication.
