Glen Shikuma Funeral Services Saturday in Hilo

Funeral services for Glen Takeo Shikuma will be held Saturday at Dodo Mortuary.

Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m., with a memorial service at 11. Casual attire is suggested, and the family requests no flowers.

Shikuma is a former business owner and former manager of the county’s elections warehouse. He was also a member of the 1023 Golf Club.

Shikuma is survived by his wife, Karen Shikuma of Hilo; sons Ryan Shikuma and his wife Kelliann of Kohala, and Reid Shikuma and his wife Cori Lyn of Hilo; father Ataru Shikuma of Hilo; brothers Carl Shikuma and his wife Karen of Torrance, CA, and Gene Shikuma of Oregon; sisters Patricia Ann Rabago and her husband Robert of Pearl City, Oahu, and Aileen Tokihiro and her husband Glenn of Hilo; his mother-in-law, Sumie Hashimoto of Hilo; three grandchildren; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
