Police Seeking Public’s Help Locating Hilo Man

Big Island police are asking for the public’s help locating a 28-year-old Hilo man wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Justin Satoru Okazaki-Shimahara is of Japanese descent, 5-foot-10 and 330 pounds. He has brown eyes and short brown hair, and a tattoo of a cartoon character on his left abdomen.
Okazaki-Shimahara is wanted for contempt of court and for questioning in another investigation.
