BRIEF: Water Shutoff Wednesday Along Volcano Road

The Department of Water Supply announced Monday that there will be a temporary water shutoff on Wednesday, affecting customers along Volcano Road between Mountain View Elementary School and North Kulani Road. The school will not be affected by the disruption.
In a statement, the department said that a new waterline connection was going to be installed in the area between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. They remind people in the area that following the shutoff, waterlines will be flushed and cleaned, which could lead to water discoloration.
