Authorities Seek Wanted Hilo Woman

Twenty-six-year-old Leilani Torres is wanted by the Hawai’i Police Department on a variety of bench warrants.

Torres is wanted on a warrant for contempt of court, failure to appear, and has a warrant of arrest issued for her arrest.

Authorities say Torres is also wanted for questioning in connection with other investigations.

Torres has been described as 5-foot-4 and 135 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. In addition, Torres reportedly has a butterfly tattoo on her left ankle and the name “Lei” tattooed on her back.

Anyone with information regarding Torres’ whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Those who prefer to maintain anonymity should call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
