Kea’au Man Sought on Warrant, Questioning

Kea’au man Mario Hernandez, 42, is being sought by police on a bench warrant.

According to the Hawai’i Police Department, Hernandez’s warrant is for failure to appear. He is also wanted for questioning in a forgery and drug investigation.

Hernandez is described as 5-foot-11 and 215 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with knowledge of Hernandez’s whereabouts should call Detective Wendall Carter directly via phone at 961-2378 or by e-mail at [email protected]. The public can also call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
