Traffic patterns will change along Kapi’olani Street on Saturday, Oct. 3 for the Country Fair at St. Joseph School.
The temporary one-way traffic pattern will flow in the Puna direction only between Hualalai Street and Wailoa Street and will last between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Hawai’i Police Department officials say the pattern is allowed under the Hawai’i County Code, Section 24-10.
