Reminder: Water Shutoffs Planned This Week in Pāpaʻikou Area

The county is reminding residents in the Pāpaʻikou area that temporary water shutoffs are planned in several locations this week.

Smoke test surveys assist inspectors in identifying connections where rain water, or inflow, and groundwater, or infiltration, may enter the sanitary sewer system.

UPDATE: Papaikou Water Main Break Repaired

The break that occurred near Anderton Camp is not expected to be repaired until 11 p.m.
