At an April 1 town hall in Hilo, U.S. Rep. Jill Tokuda will discuss her first three months in office, legislation she’s sponsored and her priorities for the 118th Congress.

The children and their families enjoyed arts and crafts stations, a photo booth and prize drawings. The day ended with a surprise visit from Santa Claus carrying a bag full of presents.
