U.S. Rep Jill Tokuda to hold first community town hall in Hilo

U.S. Rep. Jill Tokuda

U.S. Rep Jill Tokuda, who represents Hawaiʻi’s District 2, will hold her first community town hall on April 1 in Hilo on the Big Island.

Tokuda will discuss her first three months in office, legislation she’s sponsored and her priorities for the 118th Congress. She also will take questions from community members.

The town hall will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Hilo YMCA, 300 W. Lanikaula St. in Hilo. Access to the building is on Lanikaula Street. There is overflow parking in the adjacent vacant lot at the Hamakua end of the building.
