Kagiwada wins Hawai’i County Council District 2 seat; three County Charter amendments approved
Only one Hawai’i County Council seat is up for grabs: District 2 that pits political newcomers Jennifer Kagiwada and Matthias Kusch. Three proposed County Charter Amendments also are on the ballot.
