Albert Aukai Manners, who was wanted for over two years, was arrested Thursday at a home in the Ainaloa subdivision.

Manners Sought On Three Arrest Warrants

Police said he is wanted for failing to appear in court to face eight criminal offenses, and also for violating terms of release on assault charges.
