Pohoiki lifeguards saved two distressed swimmers Sunday afternoon
Lifeguards rescued a 37-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl in distress on Sunday afternoon, bringing them ashore before first responders transported them to Hilo Benioff Medical Center for treatment.
