House Members to Meet With Public Saturday in Hilo

State lawmakers, including some in leadership roles, will discuss the past legislative session and take public feedback at a meeting Saturday in Hilo.

The meeting is scheduled from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Aupuni Center Conference Room at 101 Pauahi St.

Those attending will include freshman Rep. Richard Onishi, who represents House District 3, which includes Hilo, Keaau, Kurtistown and Volcano. Other Big Island legislators attending will be Rep. Clift Tsuji (District 2: Keaukaha, parts of Hilo, Panaewa and Waiakea) and Rep. Faye Hanohano (District 4: Puna).

They will be joined by two Oahu legislators, House Vice Speaker John Mizuno and House Majority Leader Scott Saiki.

The public is urged to attend.
