7th Annual Laupahoehoe Music Festival This Saturday
Live music on the beach is awesome, but it gets even better when great music is paired with a good cause. The 7th Annual Laupahoehoe Music Festival will donate proceeds from this event to a scholarship fund for local keiki, and community improvements.
This Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., enjoy a day in the sun with the whole family. Bring the sunscreen, the beach chairs and blankets, but leave the coolers at home. Food vendors will serve up local favorites and include food options for vegetarians as well. Arts and crafts will also be available for purchase.
Music artists, halau, and school bands will mix and mingle in an island style lineup that includes: Makana, the Laupahoehoe School Uke Band, Darlene Ahuna, Kanakapila, Mark Yamanaka, Times 5, Sonny Lim and more. Here’s the schedule of events:
