Police seek missing Kona man; have you seen the 22-year-old?

Hawai‘i island police ask the public for help with locating a missing 22-year-old from Kailua-Kona.

Caddy Devera

Caddy Devera was last seen at 10 a.m. Sept. 28 in the area of Manawaleʻa Street in Kailua-Kona and thought to be traveling to the area of Kekuaokalani Gymnasium, wearing a white shirt and black shorts with a black backpack.

Devera is 5-foot-5, 130 lbs., Marshallese, with a fair to light brown complexion, brown eyes and short to mid-length black hair.

Anyone who might have seen Devera or who has information about his whereabouts is urged to contact the Hawai‘i Police Department non-emergency line at 808-935-3311 or Officer Hana Kang with Kona Patrol via the same phone number.
