2026 Hawaiʻi Songwriting Festival finale concert features all-star lineup
Hawaiʻi Songwriting Festival culminates with a one-of-a-kind concert performance this weekend, featuring a roster of top songwriters performing in an intimate, Nashville-style “songriters-in-the-round” format.

The festival finale concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Sept. 12 at Westin Hāpuna Beach Resort Ballroom. It is a must for music fans who want to hear stripped-back performances, learn the stories behind the songs and discover new music.
You might not know the writers by name, but you will definitely recognize some of their songs and the artists for whom they’ve written.
Performers include:
- Kristian Bush (of country duo Sugarland).
- Greg Holden (“Home” by Phillip Phillips”).
- Lehua Kalima (of Nā Leo Pilimehana).
- John Cruz.
- Garrison Starr (“Better Thing Coming”).
- J. Lauryn (“Goodbyes” by Post Malone and Young Thug).
- Bailey Bryan (“My Fault” by Shaboozey feat. Noah Cyrus).
- Zach Sorgen.
- Jordyn Dodd.

They also will be joined by select attendees of the Hawaiʻi Songwriting Festival music industry conference, offering a rare behind-the-scenes peek at these prolific music creators and the stories behind their songs.
Tickets are limited and on sale now, ranging from $25 to $50, with keiki 10 years old and younger free.
The concert is the closing event of the 3-day Hawaiʻi Songwriting Festivalfrom that provides local music entrepreneurs the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from more than 40 mentors who are top songwriters, artists, producers, licensing agencies and music supervisors.
It is a unique opportunity for Hawaiʻi’s most experienced musicians and up-and-coming artists alike to learn from the best in the business, gaining real experience and connections through small workshops, panel discussions, open mic performances and speed mentoring sessions to develop their craft, learn about recent trends in the industry and propel their careers forward locally, nationally and internationally.
